خلع کے کیس کا فیصلہ کوٹ 40 سے 90 دن کے اندر سنانے کی پابند ہے
Duration of the Khula case is around 40 to 90 days maximum.
خلع کے کیس کے بعد کورٹ مندرجہ ذیل ڈاکومنٹ فراہم کرتی ہے جس میں خلع سرٹیفکیٹ کورٹ آرڈر اور کورٹ ڈگری اور ساتھ کورٹ کے فائل فراہم کی جاتی ہے

خلع کے کیس میں کسی گواہ کی ضرورت نہیں ہے

خلع کی عدالتی کاروائی کا طریقہ
In khula case the sum of the court procedure & court proceedings day to day are mentioned to learn the court process.
Date 1 : Record statement before Judge, issue Notice & Summons پہلے دن بیان لیا جائے گا اور کورٹ سمن جاری فرمائے گی
Date 2 : In case of other party will not come at the fixed date, the court issue Last Notice & Summons and Bailiff. سمن کی تکمیل نہ ہونے کی صورت میں بیلف کو بھیجا جائے گا اور آخری سمن کا موقع دیا جائے گا
Date 3 : Pre-trial proceedings for reconciliation / Meeting, if fail or refuse by women. تیسری تاریخ پر کوٹ ملاقات کرواتی ہے ملاقات ناکام ہونے کی صورت میں کورٹ طلاق بذریعہ خلع کا فیصلہ سنا دیتی ہے
Date 4 : Allow dissolution of marriage by way of divorce, and Court Khula order,
Khula certificate issue in favor of women. آخری تاریخ کو کوٹ کیس کا فیصلہ خلع کی ڈگری خلع کا فیصلہ اور دیگر دستاویزات فراہم کردیتی ہے
خلع کے کیس میں کسی گواہ کی ضرورت نہیں ہےآن لائن خلع بذریعہ وکیل کی جاتی ہے آن لائن خلع کی صورت میں کوٹ آنے کی ضرورت نہیں ہوتی یہ سروس خاص کر کراچی سے باہر اور بیرون ملک پاکستانیوں کے لیے ہے

خلع کا طریقہ کار نہایت آسان ہے سب سے پہلے ایک تاریخ دی جائے گی جس کے اوپر درخواست گزار نے اپنے اصل شناختی کارڈ اور نکاح نامے کے ہمراہ عدالت آنا ہوگا عدالت میں سب سے پہلے کیسے تیار کیا جائے گا اس کے بعد جج صاحب درخواست گزار سے بیان لین گے کہ وہ خلع کا کیس اپنے رضامندی سے سے داخل کروا رہی ہے اس کے بعد کیس کی کارروائی شروع کی جائے گی
پہلی تاریخ پر نوٹس بس اور سمن جاری ہوں گے
سمن ہونے کے باوجود فریقین کے حاضر نہ ہونے کی صورت میں کوٹ بیلف کو بھیجا جائے گا اور آخری دفعہ سمن بھیجا جائے گا
کورٹ ملاقات کا ایک موقع دے گی اگر فریقین کی رضامندی نہیں ہوتی تو کورٹ خلع کر دے گی
آخری تاریخ کو کوٹ خلع کا اڈر اور دیگر دستاویزات فراہم کردے گی اور اس کے ساتھ ہی کیس ختم ہو جائے گا
The process of divorce is very simple. First of all, a date will be given on which the applicant must come to the court with his original identity card and marriage certificate or Nikah nama. will take a statement from that she is filing the divorce case with her own consent, after which the proceedings of the case will be started.
Notices and summons will be issued on the first date
In case of non-appearance of the parties despite the summons, the court bailiff will be sent and the summons will be sent for the last time.
The court will give an opportunity for meeting, if the parties do not agree, the court will dismiss
the court will provide the divorce order and other documents on the last date and with that the case will be closed.
