1- Records Statement of girl. سب سے پہلے خاتون کا بیان ریکارڈ کیا جاتا ہے
2- Sign the free will papers, Court application, nikah nama. حلف نامے درخواست اور کورٹ کے پیپر پر دستخط کروائے جاتے ہیں اس کے بعد میں نکاح نامے میں پر دونوں فریقوں کے دستخط کرائے جاتے ہیں

سب سے پہلے آپ نے اپائنمنٹ کروانا ہوگا اس کے بعد تاریخ اور ٹائم فکس کیا جائے گا تاریخ والے دن عثمان حسین صدیقی ایڈوکیٹ اور ان کا نمائندہ ایک گھنٹہ پہلے رابطہ کرے گا تو کہ آپ کو ڈاکومنٹ اور اور ایڈریس کی معلومات دے گا پھر ہمارا نمائندہ آپ کو پارکنگ سے رسیو کرنے آ جائے گا آفس آنے کے بعد کلائنٹ سے شناختی کارڈ لیا جائے گا اس کے ساتھ نکاح نامہ اورکوٹ کی درخواست اور دیگر ڈاکومنٹس پر دستخط کروائے جائیں گے کوئی خاص شرائط ہو تو وہ نوٹ کی جائیں گی پھر 164 کا بیان مجسٹریٹ صاحب کے سامنے لیا جائے گا بیان کے بعد آپ کو کورٹ آرڈر اور بیان اور کی تصدیق کی کاپیاں وصول ہو جائیں گی اس کے بعد میں نکاح کی اجازت لی جائے گی اور قاضی صاحب اجازت کے بعد شرعی طور پے نکاح کی کارروائی کا آغاز فرمائیں گے جس میں ایجاب و قبول حق مہر گواہوں کی موجودگی کا ہونا ضروری ہے قاضی صاحب نکاح پڑھائیں گے. نکاح کے بعد قرآنی دعائیں پڑھائی جائیں گی اور خطبہ نکاح دیا جائے گا اس کے ساتھ دعا کی جائے گی اس تمام عمل کو مکمل کرتے ہوئے پندرہ سے پچیس منٹ کا وقت درکار ہے ان تمام عوامل کے بعد آپ کو ڈاکومنٹ دے دیے جائیں گے اور آپ سے آٹھ ہزار روپے فیس لی جائے گی ڈاکومنٹس میں آپ کو رجسٹر نکاح نامہ کورٹ آرڈر اور حلف نامہ اور بیان دیا جائے گا اس طرح ایک مکمل کوٹ میرج اور نکاح سرانجام دیا جاتا ہے ہمارا آپ سے وعدہ ہے کہ تمام ڈاکومنٹس اور معلومات کو خفیہ رکھا جائے گا First you can reserved the appointment and fixed the date and time for nikah and court marriage process, then before 1 or 2 hours the representative of Siddiqui law Associate & Usman Hussain Siddiqui Advocate High Court officials are contact you for confirmation, documents, map of office and other guidelines and sops regarding. Nikah will be solemnized by the Nikah Khawan as per the Islamic & Shariat principle. At the same time the nikah will be registered.
Followed by the Nikah the bride will be required to sign an affidavit and other Document showing her affirmation,

Then court will allow the marriage and at same time issue court Order and Statement copies to parties for proof,

then Reciting khuba a Nikah and dua in presence of Usman Hussain Siddiqui Advocate and two Muslims independent witnesses.
Then we are prepare all documents and put into file, then handover the file along with registered nikah nama, 164 statement, court order,
affidavit of free will, after that provided you pay slip fees is 8000. Only, then paid the fees and got a slip.
